Capturing from a clip

I'm try to capture some stills from a movie trailer, but I can't seem to find a good program that will do the job, I want...I've tried several programs, but they either capture stills the wrong size, or the quality in the still is terrible...

So I was wondering if anybody knew a program that would allow me to capture stills in the size the clip plays, and without loss of picture quality????

If you have windows 7 you can simply printscreen it and the image will still be there. I know on xp the video works on a different layer so it doesn't appear in printscreens.

Hey Bisky, with the Snagit program, does it allow you to change the size of the caps? Or is it one set size? I hate having small caps. You can never really work with them!
