Are you looking for a studio template? I personally just use a blank HD-DVD template and just drag in specs, fineprint etc from DVD template and alter it to look like hd-dvd or blu-ray..

I have attached the blank template that I use. It's the correct size and has spine guides...

You really just need the logos from the DVD templates. Thats what I and probably most of us do. Thanks for a blank one SW. It gets kind of annoying when using the template from that BIG one that has the Warner, Universal, and Paramount all in one.
