While you might not see it in the regular Photoshop CS3/CS3 Extended splash screen, the Photoshop engineers have paid tribute to Bruce Fraser and his contributions to Photoshop over the years.

That was interesting. I tested and you can see the bruce fraser image in the splash screen.
