Dammit! That front image and the one you used for WALL-E are what I was going to use! Foiled again!

Nice start, but the the back pic cout out needs feathering and also needs to be moved to the right a bit to show all his hand. Also, You seem to have feathered the Top & Bottom of the back pics, but didn't feathe the left & Right sides The pics would look better if the sides was also feathered. (Just my opinion).

Just like with Wall-E, the simplicity of the front works, I would maybe put a tag-line on the bottom. The bottom pic on the back, if I hadn't seen the movie, I might not have known that they were looking in a mirror. Is there anyway to clip the pic so you can define the mirror more?
Once again, can't wait to see what's next

You need to take more time over you cutouts m8.
Both the rats need some of the white areas around the outside masking out before feathering them, else they'll look like they've got halos.

P.S. Lots and lots of spoons!!

I like it. The only thing I see that might be a problem is that the pics on the bottom are encroaching on the city scape on the bottom

Looks good m8 - much better than the original.

The only thing I'd change is the arrangement of the synopsis and top spoon so it lies beneath Linguini. To me he looks a bit odd just floating. Also the word carves shouldn't be plural.

In a hurry right now, at work, so I didnt get a chance to read the above comments... I think the TT should be bigger, The rat on the back ontop of the synopsis should be feathered or blurred, same goes with the guy on back, and I think the barcode is to big, and my last thing was the lamp on the front cover, the pixar lamp, looks like it needs to be moved down so it can show all of it...... Other than that, I'm looking forward to an update...

Looks cool, just maybe need to fix the "Visit us at monstersinc.com" statement at the bottom on the back ;D

O, Ignore my above comment, I missed your updated cover... Well this is coming along very nicely.. This looks fantastic... Other than the already stated, I feel the front might be to dark...

Just got back, thanks for the comments guys! So, yeah, AndréNZ I already fixed that after I posted. About, the dark part, the theme of this one was 'vivid', you know, just like the cityscapes were. I still need to make some of the back 'more vivid'. But, I'll post an update soon. If it still doesn't look good, I'll make it lighter.

I really like it, but there are three things nagging at me.

1) The pic of Remy is the same on spoin as front. I'd change spine pic. Maybe take that one with the cheese on Remy's head from the back and put a different one on the back.

2) Need more Linguini (no I'm not hungry). He's almost as important to the movie as Remy, so another pic of him I think is in order. Maybe put the pic with Remy on Linguini's head (maybe put that on back if you move the cheese on Remy's head to the spine) either on the back or the spine.

3) The City Scape on the bottom and the Film Strip pics are merging together. I think you sould do something there to completely define the two areas.

It looks really good. Keep up the good work.
