I'd drop the grey on the front cover and leave it as black. Maybe leave some flame glow reflections in the background.

The back cover looks great but if you want to keep the layout the way it is I'd suggest putting the credits to the left in the empty space beside the back wheel of the motorcycle.

EDIT: I'd put the Extended Cut at the top and move the "His curse..." to the right of Johnny's head in the same position.
