Hello all,

My third submission will be this set of standard and thin covers with a label for Disney/PIXAR's absolutely brilliant Toy Story, one of my favorite animated features of all time. These came out a lot better than I anticipated and I think they look much better than the official cover and label because they're so much more colorful.

All comments welcome, of course. :-)

I'd have to say to drop the black on the back cover... This is a very colorful movie, and to have black on this cover just doesn't work...

I agreed when I first did this but had trouble finding a color that worked there. White was my first instinct but that looked odd. I tried different shades of pastel or greyed blues but those didn't work, either. Black actually looked the best out of the two dozen or so colors I tried...

Any suggestions?

I`d also try and make room for a couple more screenshots.

Looks good. Did you try using the "blue with the white clouds" wallpaper in place of the black on the back?

Thanks for the suggestion. I'll look into that! :)

That might work. Thanks for suggesting it. I'll see what kind of success I have. :)

I agree about the black. I was also going to suggest using the blue wallpaper colour with clouds as batboysmatboy did. I think that may blend in quite nicely.

Maybe replace the black background with something from the movie. See my example. Other than that, I'd say keep going.

Are we not supposed to include that? How's this?

I think this came out okay although personally I like the black better (but just because again I love black).

I think the blue back is much better than the black, I do think you`ve got far too much test and not enough artwork on the back, I`d defo try and squeeze a couple more stills in.

Okay, I agree with Bisky on both points, the blue is better and you have too much text. Try this, to the left of the back pic, put one or two more, and above that pic put an Etch A Sketch, as metamate suggested, with the reviews in it. Use a script font so the words look like a continuous line.

Looking good, nice cover
