i like that front image bisky but i'm not sure about the one on the back also try blending the screen caps a bit better, nice start m8 :thumbup:

Update, am strugglin with this, not gettin a good vibe about it, so any ideas would be great.

For a film that is 2008, the artwork is really limited.

Bisky, there are so many good things about this cover. It is really shaping up. I love the front pic, and the crime scene tape was a stroke of genius.

About the badge, I think the badge works but the toilet seat doesn't. I saw Max flash his in a promo. I think it was a gold shield.

I attached two pics that look like his badge (with and without leather fob).

If you shape the toilet seat to look like the Badge (pic 7174), make the outside scallop in gold with the NYPD on the bottom, inside circle in that NYPD badge blue and the font in gold, I think it would look smoking.

Update looks so much better Bisky now there's not as much black.
I would reco playing with the synopsis as I don't think the way you've got it now works.
Try it typed normally (horizontal) lower the size a bit and have the tag go along the tape and under the text and see how that looks.
I like the idea of the badge but it's just not working at the moment m8. How about using a similar badge to batboy's and doing some kind of wallet that flips open - badge on one side SFs on the other? - just a thought - that might look crap but I think it's worth a look see.

right guys, what a chore! first of all I had to find a decent wallet(bigger task then I thought and then I had to make the badge look like it was on the wallet, now am tryin to make it look right on the cover, so which one is best or do they both look rubbish?

any comments on how to make it better would be great.

Agree with db that first one is better, looks like it needs to be cutout a bit better, also the text needs realigning - looks a bit wonky at the moment. Needs a bit of perspective.
I think you should try a card type for that - like maybe an I.D. one white back, black text.

The synopsis needs tweaking m8 try justifying it and getting rid of any hyphenated words. The tag IMHO would look better bigger and maybe in just two lines going right across.

Having said all that I do like this Bisky just needs refining a little.
