Hi new to all this,what is the best and free programe for makeing dvd covers???????ty

Don't know of any free programs,but i think you'll find most people use either Photoshop or Paintshop Pro.

MS paint is a good one, just open a new sheet grab a paint brush and put your heart into your first masterpiece

of course If you want better results than a five year old could get with a pack of crayola then "Invest" in photoshop mate
