This is a QuickTime video by a guy called Domen Lombergar.
It shows you how to import cloud pics and fiddle with them to achieve the look of a mist around a person's legs and feet it lasts about 17 mins or so.

It's very easy to follow his instructions and the results look really authentic.
There are obviously other and probably quicker ways to achieve a similar result but it's good practice. Hope it helps you in your your neverending quest to learn more techniques using Photoshop.

Not watched this but sounds like the similar way i did my Hunted cover......

Tutorials are always very useful and for anyone needing to learn anything a tut like this is a very good one to give you the idea of how much a simple cloud image can be turned into something else with just a few clicks :)
