I have made this based on the Region 4 Blu-ray case Dimension (3200 x 1750 px (14 mm spine). Will work with other regions as well. This version includes the stands PS3 back and does not include developer logos or ratings.

That's sooo much better than the template I found. Maybe I will splice the 2 versions together...
