Hi, here is the 3rd official 1on1 Challenge.. This time the Challenge was to make a Custom DVD Cover for the Movie "Ghostbusters..... Voting will go till the 15th - 16thish..... The Challenge is between RookerProductions Vs. Gabo.... Happy Voting....

number two for me..the yellow and black are great! Nice work!

Number 1 for me.

Simple, clean, concise and near perfect

Both are good. I think the front of no.1 is slightly better but the back of no.2 is better. A very hard choice but I went for no. 2 in the end.

Another toughy, i agree with SW about the fronts although i guess No.2 is a bit more original i havent seen any covers like that..........ooooh decisions decisions :D

Back and spine are clearly better on version 2. Version 1 suffers IMO for example from an oversuse of the Logo (on the tiny spine we have it already 2 times.). BUT, and that's actually a shame, I have to pick version 1 as my favorite. The front on 2 is such a great, original idea, but sadly it just isn't executed well enough to convince me. The line in the middle does IMO not look like the opening of the ghost trap. For an opening I'm missing perpective on each of the ghost trap 'doors', a fitting outer glow and some kind of shaping of the 'door' edges.

Both are great. I like the cover of #1 yet I am drawn to the overall color of #2. So I vote for #2

thank you.. Yeah this Ghostbusters cover was my first ever cover created with photoshop... Was pretty easy, program is very similar to Paintshop Pro...

Both are good, but I like entry number 1.:thumbup:
