The synopsis looks kinda odd because it is "hyphenated".....
Heres a couple of little tips for ya..........

You can use the "pen tool" to create a traced text layer path around obstacles on the cover.
You can also create 2/3/4/text blocks and maneuver them individually to suit
You also, just need to un-check the "hyphenated" box in the text tools to remove all end sentence hyphenations.

Or just adjust the kerning to fit the space provided.

Other than that looks good.

Looks great ULAM. You can just hold the alt key while pressing the left or right arrow to manually adjust the kerning.

Looks great m8, I think the synopsis would look better justified so it follows the edge of the pics. You can either use the pen tool as kylumi mentioned or a cut-out shape layer plenty of tuts about for this.

Ah right i didnt touch the synopsis it was like that from the scan, if i get time i will re-type that and look at the suggestions.
