Needing a little bit of general opinion here, for those of you who have seen it, what do you think of it?

I have to say that I thought it was a terrific movie, about how authors create such 3D characters and how hard it must be to end their lives / stories, however all my friends seem to think it's rubbish.

Any imput would be appreciated.

i thought it was good too, expecting more literary emphasis like adaptation, but thoroughly enjoyed it anyway

I expected to dislike it (I'm not a Will Farrell fan), but was pleasantly surprised - a novel story, told charmingly well.

Sure, it's a flight of fancy - but then, most movies are. Did your friends think that Pirates OTC was believable? :p

I thought it was on of ferrell's best. I like when actors step out of their comfort zone and pull it off.

kinda like Robin williams did in insomnia.
