Just wondered if there are any HBO cover templates around, ive tried searching but HBO being only 3 letters limits the search function.

All you need is just the WB layout since HBO is WB. Then the HBO logo. The Hitcher (the great 1986 film) is an HBO DVD and the layout is exactly like the WB DVDs.
