Ok my question is, what kind of paper are factory covers printed on and is it widely availible to the public? I have tried regular photo paper but I find it far to thick for my liking. I currently use regular printer paper but it doesnt have the shinny look of a factory cover. Any ideas or suggestions? thank you all and happy holidays:thumbup:

I tend to use 2 types of paper, 1 is Satin paper 180GSM or Gloss photo paper, not everyone likes to use gloss as they say it can stick to the inside of the sleeve but i always leave mine 48hours to dry between 2 sheets of A4 and never had a problem, both types look like straight outa the DVD shop :D

180gsm is the thickness ULAM is referring to. Not sure what that is in mm though. I use semi-gloss which is in between matte and gloss. If its full gloss it will stick to the plastic which doesn't look very nice.
