I'm currently working on Sweeney Todd - but cannot find out precisely what font is used for credits? Does anybody know, have it, or able to make it?

I'd love to help out here, but I can't see the thumbnail (pretty sure it's my IE, it doesn't work right since I installed 7) Could you PM or email me the graphic and I'll have a look, plus (if it's okay with you) I'll also ask at ABF, they are always helpful and man, do they know their fonts.

I'll take a look at what I got but I think this was created specifically for the movie. Really would not isurprise me. The budget for it is probably astronomical.

The person to ask is Ducky, JR.(dirk)

would that be dirk8837 over @ CC?

I do not have an exact match. The closest substitute I could find was Ambrosia. From the looks I am sure that it is a font created for the film. There are elements of desmonda, gismonda and Ambrosia. The only thing that does not mesh is the C in the font set. That is totally unique.

WTF identified this as any of several possibilities:
1. Sheridan Gothic SG-Regular by Spiece Graphics
2. Refugio Refined WBW by Nick Curtis (Nick's Fonts)
3. Refugio Rustic WBW by Nick Curtis (Nick's Fonts)
I am currently waiting on a request at ABF for Sheridan Gothic. I had Refugio Rustic on file and this is what it looks like:
2980
It's attached. It needs manipulation, stretching and such, but is pretty much exact I think. Will upload Sheridan also if and when my request is filled.
2981

Glad to help out JR. If you look really closely you may notice some of the little serifs on, say, the lower case "w" are more distinct in Refugio than in Sheridan. Still waiting on Sheridan (this time of year I bet nobody's much around to fill requests) but it's a good day for waiting, having a helluva blizzard here ;) 6-7 inches down over the past few hours and no sign of let-up in sight. 'Tis the season, lol.
