I think that the front poster image should be opaque so that the cracks in the backgoround are not seen.

If you are going for the used and abused look then the dark portions of the cracks on the front will need to have a mask applied to the poster image, as they would be removed. If they are just worn spots instead of cuts then you can play with some decrease in saturation and paper fuzz in those areas.

I didn''t get around to change the texture on the front, but this is what I got around to last night before I went to bed. I'm thinking about changing the texture. There's something about it that I don't really like.

Looks pretty good. I agree with the blending of the texture. The white gives it an old school feel, which is nice.

Thanks, I changed it to a different texture which I thinks suits it. I also did a disc design.

I like the texture but think that it could benefit from some cracks. As of right now I would guess it is a glass texture of some sort. By adding in some cracks you will tie it into the rather large and chaotic battle that you have going on in the front.
