Anybody know of any? For example and just throwing this out there like say I do a cover of Resident Evil and then I think that the image would like nice if the front looks like shattered glass is on it.

You can find broken glass brushes that will give it that effect. You can brush them over the image...or use them as a template to cut out the different pieces of glass, and slightly moving them to give it that real broken effect.

Can I do that on The Gimp?
