nearly lost this, just managed to save ,after an hour, kept getting an error message. was it worth it

Som erecos on this. The front looks top heavy. My original suggestion was to move the cityscape down but then I realized that it may cuse more work for te back. So second option is to move the Title down. Third is to move the actor names to the bottom.There is also a thick black line on the cityscape of the reverse. try masking that out or blending it in with the image better.

The front image is showing some pixelization around the hands and face and also the cityscape. I would suggest in going in there and cleaning it up a little. Gravital makes a good point about the front being a little top heavy. Other than that, it's looking good.

hoew do you creat the size of the pic's for display, as i have to send them to image shack and then copy it from there but only if there are over 15mb or kb summit like that and this is only 900 and odd so it won't let me save it smaller,

If you use PS then you can reduce the image size to say 900px wide and 600px high and save as a smaller file, then attach the image like you have done here.

Got one easier. change the resolution to 72 pixels instead of 300 then save as a preview file.
