Greatest. Video. Game. Ever.

I have played all from the series except that one. Very freaky games, infact the most disturbing games I have ever played.

I was never a big fan of the whole Harry Mason and Heather Morris continuation and The Room but just the whole atmosphere and shocking revelations in the game will just leave you stuned at times.

Yep I popped my Silent Hill cherry with #2. I freakin loved it. There really need to be more games like it that can achieve the atmosphere and feeling that you get when playing. Not sure if you have a top notch sound system... If ya do then I hope you played with it in use. If not... Get one and play again. It is a total different experience. :)

There was a movie made in 1997 that predates Silent Hill 2 by four years yet both are somewhat similar. The film is called ONE TAKE. In it a guy gets a post card from his dead girlfirend and he goes out and searches for her. Litterally remove the empty town and monsters and it would be the same as one take. Even like in the video game there's a guy whose like Eddie, that is the dead girlfriend's brother. He even talks about shooting someone and running away like Eddie in SH2.
