As requested by Gravital, hope these are ok for you.Have included the font used in the archive, in case you don't have it installed.It's a fully editable .psd file, so you can add/remove names, adjust spacing, kerning etc....

As far as PSD editable rule. I prefer Adobe Illustrator files. You just have more freedom and it is sooooo much easier to work with. Just my thoughts.
