A MARVEL logo, preferably in .eps format.
The 2 i have are so small, they look ugly when i increase the size.

Most psd files are raster based. eps is vector.
psd files can have shapes. If that is the case then there is very little difference. If it is
a raster image psd then there is a large difference.

raster images save as pixels. This takes up more space and has a set quality. So if you enlarge the image by scaling it up it looks horrid. Think of a 20 x 20 image and enlarging it 500 percent. It is going to be so pixelated and low qual looking.

vector eps, psd, and ai save the points that a color covers. The best way to explain is simple so take a square. While a raster would save all the info for the pixels in and around the square a vector would save the 4 points of the square. The benefit is that you can shrink and enlarge with not quality loss. This is not ideal for photos but rather graphics like logos and poster art. While a photo qual image can be created thorough vectors it would be a large file because of all the variations in color.

Hope that makes sense to ya.
