Well, for Torchwood, there is a font for it that you can use here:

As for the other one, that is a tough one, not any resources out there!

Naw.. I just went to cdcovers.cc and downloaded a low res cover for the tv series, then I cut out the TT, Then made it alot bigger... I then did a Color Overlay and then Razterized the Layer.. No biggie.. :)

That's what I do, you must have found a version that was slightly better than the bogus ones I could find!

If you wanted to make your own TT for "A Touch of Frost" you could just use the font (which is free at dafont). :)
It's called "Piracy" and is a Pizzadude font.
