You will need to have the font installed first, or it will want you to substitute.

First, you need to open it up in Photoshop, then take the text layer and drag it onto your cover so you can work with the text (don't just place it).

It is a real font, so if you hit the 'T' key to go to type mode, then click within the text, it will open up the text editing mode and also create a dashed box around it. Use the anchor squares on the corners and the sides to get the desired size, then just use the type options to pick the size of font you desire. Right now it is at I think 11, so it will need to be at least 10 or smaller.

Just make sure that you don't bring the black background with it.
