Hello in here, i was just wondering if there was any extreme plugins/brushes or anything that could do many things and special effects with ex. pictures etc. just wondering if there is anything i need that i don?t got :)

Really depends on what you are wanting to achieve. Brushes can be good for things like blood effects, cracks, brokens glass, dirt etc. There are also various plugins out there which can produce effects such as burnt edges, 3D effects and many more. The best thing to do is google some plugin packs and download some brushes and just play with them...
